Nuntawong<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>This study successfully fabricated Au-Ag dealloyed nanorod SERS substrates using<br \/>\nco-sputtering and selective chemical etching, showcasing enhanced sensitivity,<br \/>\nstability, and uniformity for molecular detection. The increased surface<br \/>\nroughness and gold atom availability on the dealloyed substrates significantly<br \/>\nimproved the SERS enhancement factor to 1.5\u00d710\u2076.
