Three faculty from School of Engineering and Technology are recipients of this year\u2019s AIT Distinguished Teaching Award and Researcher Award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prof. Mukand S. Babel<\/strong><\/a> is the recipient of \u2018AIT Distinguished Teaching Award 2019\u2019 in the category of 15 or less students. The teaching awards are based on student evaluation and feedback of courses taught in 2018. Prof. Babel is also the recipient of AIT Distinguished Research Leader Award in 2016. The Scopus database shows that Prof. Babel has h<\/em>-index of 25 with 129 publications and 2147 citations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dr. Sangam Shrestha<\/strong><\/a> is the recipient of the \u2018AIT Distinguished Research Leader Award 2019\u2019. The researcher awards are based on the evaluation of faculty members\u2019 sponsored activities and publications during the year 2018. Dr. Sangam is also the recipient of AIT Distinguished Research Leader Award in 2015.
