During August 26-30, 2018 Dr. Pisut and Duangthida (PhD candidate, member of A_Cube Research Group) attended Advances in Production Management System (APMS 2018), at Seoul National University (SNU), Seoul, South Korea.
Dr. Pisut was participating in the IFIP 5.7 meeting and was the session chair of ‘COLLABORATIVE NETWORK- Collaborative Design’.
Ms.Duangthida presented her PhD proposal entitled “Customer’s PIE: A New Integration Approach for Customer Experience Co-Creation” in the doctoral workshop.
Ms.Duangthida also presented the research on customer experience design entitled “Embedding Memorable Experience to Customer Journey”.

Besides, they joined the industry tour program to visit Hyundai Mobis and LG Electronics.
