Special Talk on : Nanofabrication: From Molecules to Device

Abstract:
Presentation will focus on latest nanofabrication technology and its application. Nano-device will be discussed as well as nanostructure fabrication. Many different sensing surface will be demonstrated over solid surface through precision control of molecule modification. Latest hard disk technology will be also discussed to show the data storage development continuity.
